On Thursday January 15th, these two teachers Mr.Portune and Ms.Castillo came up with the idea to start a duck hunt within the teachers and staff. First they start off by hiding 200 ducks throughout the school,3 ducks in each classroom bringing in competition during the school day.

I ask two students who also heard the quack and asked them what it looked like, I was going to the bathroom and all you see is Ms.Ramos and Pinto quacking at each other I was just like this school gets weirder by the day it was not until I went to lunch that i see almost half of the teachers doing the same said Fatima Fofanah. Next was Roselis Hernandez who said, I was just chilling in advisory when AB came into the room looking around for some ducks. I was confused but then I remembered the first period my teacher was doing the same .
Let’s first start off with the top three winners .Ms.Del Rosario ,Ms.Del Rosario was the teacher I’m pretty sure everyone believed would win . She was running down the hall making sure it was not obvious to the teachers around.I did not know palmere had all that up his sleeve the way i was running around i would’ve thought i won!’’.she said
Next up we have Ms. Ramos, Ms.Ramos was trying so hard to be super nonchalant about the collecting of the duck but was caught so many times. I thought I was really low with it because I was kind of quiet for the whole day,” she said.
Lastly the winner, Mr.Palmere. Palmere was actually super discreet with his movement . Nobody thought he was going to end up as the winner because he seemed so uninterested in the hunt. Lets hear a few words from the man himself! “The key part in being a winner is to be discrete in doing so and you can see how that has benefited me in this game,” he said. The whole purpose of the duck hunt is not just to find who would be the winner or loser but to strengthen the connection between teachers.
